Christoph Bob, Executive Chef of the restaurant “Il Refettorio” of the “Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel & Spa”, presents dishes that full of love and creativity you are not sure if you want to eat the or just keep looking at them.
The problem is the scent, such as the oil… 100% Italian, which is made specially for the Monastero Santa Rosa and makes every dishes special. Gragnano pasta dried slowly and made traditionally just for the Chef. Their canteen – with local red wined, French vintage champagne and chardonnay – is a great reason to cheers to this day. Wait… we haven’t told you yet you will have you meal suspended on the Gulf of Salerno, with a view on the Amalfi Coast… and you will feel like Chiara Ferragni and Fedez. We mean… that’s a SOOPER experience!
Their seafood delicacies, such as the starter with the trio shellfishes-lobster with chickpeas puree and smoked olive oil fava beans salad with pancetta from Volonnata and prawns ravioli with tomatoes from Corbara and candy lemon.
Lobster, octopus, raw fish. Otherwise their fusilli with raw squids, Piennolo Tomatoes and basil aubergines. “Acquerello” rice kicked with basil cream and seasoned raw prawns or potatoes gnocchi and lemon, ravioli stuffed with sea bass and green tomatoes served on minced Corbara, cherry tomatoes and yellow tomatoes cream. Basically, either sea or orchard… you’ll be in paradise!
Ps: Even the bread is homemade, and the breadsticks… and they always pour the wine you choose in your glass… and you maybe you are already drunk and you don’t want to leave anymore!
