That’s the story: do you know when you dream of a perfect place where to spend a perfect night eating perfect Mediterranean cuisine – which don’t event make you fat – while sipping a perfect glass of wine recommended by a perfect maitre (Giulia Tavolaro), completely surrounded by elegance, taste, light and perfection? there you go, that’s exactly what Il Maxi di Capo La Gala is.
here everyone shines, even your eyes looking at your dishes.
A huge choice in between many tasting manus (5 or 7 dishes) and one a la carte menu. Raw fish is a beautiful and tasteful experience. An example? Oysters with beet and raspberry, langoustine with green apple and redfish tartare with celery and lemon.
Seafood starter: lobster with celery, tomatoes, olives, fior di latte and a catwalk of spectacular seafood dishes.
Main dishes: ravioli from Capri with cherry tomatoes sauce and basil or linguine with anchovies olives and capers. Or helixes with tuna from Carloforte bottarga, sea tartufi soup and bread chips.
Second mains: poached pezzogna with seafood or redfish cooked in a seafood soup with mussels and cooked and raw green peppers. Seared tuna, Mediterranean hers with biscuit from Agerola caponatina and tomatoes.
And more. Salted cod, fermented garlic sauce, salad and almond milk. Sea bass with clams water, papaya salad and different textures of water. Snapper cooked in milk, wrapped in its proteins, tzatziki sauce, licorice and saffron.
Closing, the super tasty babà with cherries and alla Strega foam.
Cacao crumble, raspberries cream, cold creamy vanilla and crunchy wild rice. Almond mousse with sea water paper and toasted almonds.
