A place to feel pampered, a place to pull off the plug completely to live an experience at its top! You need the Blu Stone: a place to get lost in a vortex of courses by chef Alberto Amatruda completely surrounded by sea and beauty.
A breathtaking terrace, a window that frames the wonderful spectacle that this coast has to offer, where the colors are the blue of the sea and the red of the sunset. A kitchen where imagination and creativity are the result of dishes absolutely unique and that turn out amazing to the palate. A menu full of colors and flavors from the sea and land.
Smoked octopus in port sauce, lemon linguine, katsuobushi and half squid, tortello “cheese and pepper” with asparagus and red shrimp, rolls of sea bass in Panko crust or local squid on different potato textures.
A wine list that focuses on Made in Italy. For great occasions however there is French Champagne (so just to let you know).
To conclude with, a dessert with citrus from Amalfi (we are on the coast you can’t miss to order it) and ricotta and pear cake with Sicilian cannoli ribs. Eyes fixed on landscape and unbelief: too beautiful to be all true!
