You can choose in between 7 doughs, which are the result of study and long rising process: traditional, capana, burnt wheat, fennel, turmeric and cacao. A young pizza which stays in the heart of people who eat it. From the classic one to the most creatives, such as “pizza Papaccella” with Neapolitan papaccella cream, Nero Casertano sausage, smoked provola and evo oil; “pizza Al Pascolo” with strong ricotta, buffalo blue, provola from Agerola, pecorino from Laticauda; and “La blue” with fior di latte from Agerola, buffalo blue, bacon of Nero Casertano, mulinello pepper and evo oil.
Ah, we were just forgetting! Before ordering any pizza you should start with a frittatina di pasta, potatoes and provola and fried or baked montanara with San Marzano tomatoes. A glass of Taurasi and… “To Ciccio! Our best friend!”
