Pizza Fritta da Fernanda
Via Speranzella, 80, Napoli, NA, Italia
This is a love story.
Fernanda, 80 years old woman made in Naples, who holds all the poetry of this city.
It looks like being on set of “L’Oro di Napoli“, where you see Sophia Loren frying and offering pizzas.
Fernanda’s story is the story of many Neapolitan women who used to buy some oil and flour with very little money they used to have. Outside their “vasci”, they used to fry pizzas to be sold and bring money to their family.
Today most of these “vasci” have been transformed in the most famous pizzerias in Naples.
Fernanda is a milestone of Neapolitan pizza.
An old-time woman who makes pizzas and panzarotti outside her vascio for coins, just like it used to be.
And you know what’s the same? The incredible taste, the real taste of good things.
All Via Speranzella smells good.
Going at Fernanda’s means tasting love. Real love. Pure love.
If you come to Naples, listen to us, go at Fernanda’s.
