Guided by chef Vincenzo Noviello, you will start with a tasting of “Gaiola” pils by PBN (Piccolo Birrificio Napoletano), and the you will prepare a wild herbs risotto, with coffee dust and beer foam, paired with “StaSciroccata” black ipa by birrificio StiMalti and you will finish preparing a vitello tonnato (Veal with tuna sauce) paired with Syrentum, a light beer with lemon peel by Birrificio Sorrento.
You might need a taxi to get home afterwards.
